Yaarri Social Network App

Spice Digital launched Yaarri, a dating application in collaboration with one of the leading telecom player in March’16. Yaarri app, an extension of the existing voice chat service, targets android consumer base. With its user friendly mobile internet interface, the app offers its end consumer to get connected with people across India on mobile via CALL / SMS / App.

"Yaarri" has been a huge hit, as within two months of its launch, the Telecom operator has booked exceptional growth in terms of users, engagement & revenue.


Launch of E-Bazaar with ETISALAT, Afghanistan

E- Bazaar – an unique product carved and launched by Spice Digital team with ETISALAT, Afghanistan in April’16. This innovative product allows buyers to search for their desired products from a wide range of categories whereas sellers can register and advertise their products on the same platform. User just need to dial 809 and record product for Sale and buyers simply dial 809 and buy any product they need.

New Initiatives for Indian Railways , one of the world’s largest railway network

Spice Digital has been associated with Indian Railways for long time and has been helping them in revolutionising the travel experience. We recently launched some brilliant solutions assisting Indian Railways to take customer service and satisfaction to the next level.

Ticket Cancellation on 139

Train ticket cancellation is now possible on a phone call using 139 service. It is a next BIG thing for easing hassles faced by consumer post implementation of new cancelation rule.

VOC to improve Railway Services

With a vision of improving the travelling experience, Indian Railways was looking for a process to get passenger’s feedback regarding various services. Spice Digital developed Interactive Voice Response System which generates out-bound calls to the passengers.

Since launch we have already captured more than 30 Million feedbacks for Indian Railways.

Dial a Meal

Now Ordering Food while Travelling in Train is not a dream anymore. Spice Digital along with the Indian Railways has launched a toll free number “1323” helping you order your meal on the seat.

We are handling inbound and outbound calls to handle customers’ food orders and to do train ticket cancellations. This service has further helped Indian Railways in improving the travelling experience.
