The Sales Reporting System is an application for executives to post instant report on lead generation and revenue collections. The application runs on all Android-based handsets. The Sales executive needs to click on the Service icon and application will open and provide different text area for executive to provide information. It generate reports like:

1) Finance Reporting
The reporting page displays the collections done by the sales team from different dealers

2) Sales Reporting:
The reporting page displays the new leads/business taken by the sales team from different new/existing dealers

Sales Force Monitoring System
The Sales/Service Force Monitoring System is an application for periodic location and route tracking of executives. The service has wide applicability and can be used in a variety of situations like sales force tracking, service engineers tracking, movement of vehicles, logistics tracking etc. The application runs on all Android-based handsets. Once installed, the application runs in the background and sends the current location coordinates to a server application after a fixed interval. The interval for sending the location to the server is fully configurable.
The full route taken by the individual can be viewed on a map through a web application.

Key Features

  1. This route is displayed as a series of connected markers.
  2. Clicking on a marker displays the date/time at which the individual was at that spot.
  3. It is possible to view the routes of 2 or more individuals at the same time on the map.

ii) Attendance Management System

Spice Digital-Attendance system is an automatic attendance marking system which records attendance data of a user and generates various reports for further action. It not only saves administrative cost but also facilitates HR to centrally manage attendance policies from multiple locations. HR can easily utilize the software for employee review, appraisals or monthly salary calculation. Automatic calculation of overtime, leave balance, enables managers to work efficiently. This device would be installed in the vehicle and will give the following information using GPS / GPRS technology.

  1. Location: Live location of the vehicle any time – anywhere in the country.
  2. Speed: Live speed of the vehicle with speed alerts.
  3. Distance: Distance travelled by the vehicle.
  4. Stoppages: Stoppages en-route and its duration
  5. Air-Conditioning: ON/OFF status of the air-conditioner & many more features.
  6. Ignition Status: ON/OFF status of ignition.
  7. Auto Immobilize: Auto immobilize on violation.
  8. Fuel sensor: Keep check on the wastage and consumption of Fuel.
  9. Beep alert: Alerts for driver whenever he goes beyond the speed limit.
  10. SMS Feature: SMS alerts can be generated for all features on owners mobile.
  11. Power Status: Power On/Off indication.
  12. Over Speeding Report – Report date, time, location, speed each time the maximum speed limit was exceeded.
